Returns & Refunds Policy – QLabShopp

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from QLabShopp.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • unopened,
  • in original packaging,
  • in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • products damaged after delivery,
  • items returned without prior approval where required.
